What You Will Be Doing

• Elevating Guide performance through intensive training to deliver Alpha's workshop curriculum with exceptional quality
• Developing comprehensive Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, innovative learning activity design, and effective problem-solving strategies
• Delivering impactful, specific feedback to Guides that measurably enhances student engagement and performance outcomes
• Personally mentoring a select group of students to demonstrate elite coaching techniques and motivation strategies in action

Senior Learning Experience Manager Key Responsibilities

Coach both Guides and students with unwavering commitment to our three core promises: ensuring every student in your cohort develops a genuine love for learning, achieves twice the typical learning velocity, and masters essential life skills. Excellence is the only acceptable standard.

Basic Requirements

• Current residence in or willingness to relocate to one of Alpha's campus locations (Bethesda, Boston, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Seattle, or California locations in East Bay/San Francisco, Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)
• Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related disciplines
• Proven track record developing and implementing groundbreaking educational programs, curriculum innovations, or training initiatives
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with demonstrated success building and inspiring high-achievement teams
• Substantive experience working with school-aged youth (5-18) in educational or developmental contexts
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive performance improvements and strategic decision-making
• Authorization to work in the United States

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
