About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer (Hands & Feet Services) to join our on-site infrastructure team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data center operations, server management, vendor coordination, and IT support. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining uptime, managing DC assets, and ensuring seamless technical operations across systems and teams.

🔹IT Support Engineer

🔹 Location: Las Vegas, NV (on-site, 5 days per week)

🔹 Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain Data Center (DC) Sheets, Inventory, and Portals.
• Perform server OS installation, configuration, firmware, BIOS, and driver updates.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues, log sharing, and on-site support.
• Manage server and rack mounting, device movements, gate passes, and parts tracking.
• Collaborate with Network, VM, Storage, Backup, and Unix teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain DC Store (server parts), MUX room, and ensure power & cooling compliance.
• Handle tape movement, PDU and ATS installations, labeling, and cleanup activities.
• Conduct BMS issue checks and provide recording backups upon admin requests.
• Support PO and invoice tracking, logistics coordination, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare and share audit, MIS, and periodic reports for management review.

Desired Experience

• Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, server and workstation support, and DC operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Understanding of Exchange, SLA Management, Incident/Problem/Change processes.
• Experience in vendor coordination, project management, and service delivery.
• Strong skills in Customer and Vendor Relationship Management.
• Familiarity with MIS reporting and SLA-based support environments.

Additional Information

• Understanding of IT infrastructure, contracts, and vendor management is essential.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work across multiple client locations.
• Flexibility for relocation based on business needs.
