Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical Website / UX Testers to join our freelance team. The ideal candidate will test websites and applications to identify usability issues, provide actionable feedback, and ensure an exceptional user experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional, usability, and UX testing on websites and applications.
- Identify, report, and document bugs, errors, and design inconsistencies.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve site navigation, performance, and user experience.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to communicate findings.
- Test across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure consistency.
- Meet deadlines while managing multiple testing projects.
- Experience in website testing, UX evaluation, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with usability testing tools and software (e.g., Hotjar, UserTesting, Google Analytics).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.
- Understanding of web technologies, responsive design, and user experience principles.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines.
- Freelance experience or portfolio demonstrating testing projects is a plus.
