Job Description

A global manufacturing company is seeking a Saviynt IAM Engineer to support an enterprise IAM program through hands-on development, configuration, and enhancement of Saviynt workflows and integrations beyond MVP scope. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with Saviynt’s IGA platform, including workflow development, connector customization, and lifecycle management automation. This role will drive key IAM enablement initiatives, ensuring robust, scalable identity governance capabilities across complex enterprise environments. This is a fully remote role (must work EST hours) and is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Saviynt workflows beyond MVP scope, including:
• Password reset workflows (self-service and admin-assisted)
• Contractor and non-employee lifecycle workflows
• Entitlement creation and migration workflows
• Provisioning request and manager release approval workflows
• Implement automation for account provisioning, deprovisioning, and certification across target systems.
• Develop and maintain database cleanup jobs, reconciliation logic, and scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Support application onboarding and R&M (run & maintain) activities across Saviynt-managed applications.
• Collaborate with IAM architects and business stakeholders to align workflow logic with policy, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Optimize existing workflows and connectors for reliability, scalability, and auditability.
• Support data analysis, transformation, and migration efforts related to entitlements, users, and access requests.
• Provide documentation, handover, and knowledge transfer to internal IAM and operations teams.
• Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and change management processes.

Skills And Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA platform (EIC preferred)
• Proficiency in Saviynt workflow design, rule sets, task definitions, and connectors
• Strong understanding of access request, approval, and provisioning models
• Experience with contractor/non-employee identity management
• SQL proficiency for custom queries, database cleanup, and reporting
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and connector integrations
• Experience with enterprise directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID), HR systems (Workday, SAP), and ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex environments
