Marketing Manager | Real Estate Experience

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies and campaigns within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in property marketing, brand positioning, and digital lead generation to drive visibility and sales performance.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial properties across multiple platforms.
• Plan and execute campaigns (online and offline) to generate qualified leads for sales and leasing teams.
• Manage branding, social media presence, and content creation, ensuring alignment with company objectives and tone.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for property marketing materials (photoshoots, videos, brochures, listings).
• Oversee digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.) and monitor campaign performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure smooth handover of leads.
• Organize events, open houses, and exhibitions to increase brand exposure and customer engagement.
• Manage marketing budget, performance metrics, and reporting to ensure ROI on marketing activities.
• Supervise and mentor marketing team members to achieve departmental objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate marketing (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media management.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and creative thinking abilities.
