We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in social media and digital ad creatives. This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll lead the design of high-performing visuals for international campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize and design ad creatives for Meta, Google, and YouTube campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to turn insights into visually impactful campaigns.
• Develop visual systems and templates for rapid testing and iteration.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting campaigns for different markets and audiences.
• Mentor junior designers and help elevate creative quality across the team.
• Stay ahead of digital design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital ads or performance marketing.
• Proven experience working on campaigns for international or global brands.
• Deep understanding of social media ad formats, composition, and storytelling for performance.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools (After Effects or similar).
• A sharp creative eye, strong visual instincts, and attention to detail.
• A portfolio showcasing ad campaigns that combine creativity and conversion impact.
