The Opportunity We’re seeking a talented Senior Project Architect with approximately 5–10 years of experience to lead transformative residential projects from concept to completion. This role offers a unique opportunity to take on significant responsibility, collaborate closely with clients and contractors, and grow into a leadership position within our tight-knit, creative studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects independently through all phases: schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Collaborate with consultants, manage permitting and approval processes, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and oversee precise, high-quality construction drawings and intricate detailing.
• Perform site visits, address Requests for Information (RFIs), and partner with contractors to resolve challenges during construction.
• Engage directly with clients to translate their vision into reality while maintaining design excellence.
  
  

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• 5–10 years of experience with a proven portfolio of completed high-end residential projects.
• Architectural licensure preferred, but not required if supported by equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; familiarity with VRay, Lumion, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Deep understanding of residential construction methods, detailing, and local building codes.
• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
• Proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment.
