You can look forward to

  • Applying your know-how to Hannover Re's enterprise projects and acting as a a vital link between business units, local offices and IT
  • Collecting, specifying and managing testable requirements and translating them for the IT team
  • Analysing actual processes and developing target processes
  • Documenting technical challenges and issues and passing this information on to the relevant stakeholders
  • Maintaining the requirements tool (e.g. DevOps, Jira)
  • Conceptually elaborating on solutions
  • Approving IT solution designs
  • Providing end-to-end support to ensure a timely and successful roll-out of the (IT) solution

You come equipped with

  • Several years of professional experience in business analysis with a conceptual and interdisciplinary approach
  • Successfully completed degree in a suitable specialist field or comparable qualification
  • Affinity for digital applications as well as robust knowledge of the techniques, tools and methods of business analysis
  • Ability to grasp business processes and understand the ways in which technology supports our business
  • Independent user skills in German and proficient user skills in English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, approx. 3 to 4/year for an average of one week each time
  • Lateral thinking, ability to recognise correlations between products, processes and IT solutions, cooperative and solution-driven communication style as well as assured manner
