THE ROLE & THE TEAM
We are looking for a Motion Expert(all genders) for our AI post production pillar to join our Zalando Studio Team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality motion elements, animations, and visual effects for our digital banners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of motion design principles, excellent technical skills, and a creative mindset. This role requires collaboration with various departments to deliver visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and project objectives.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- Conceptualize, and create motion content for various media platforms to develop engaging visuals.
- Utilize software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premier Photoshop, or any other relevant programs to produce high-quality motion content.
- Provide input during brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions to enhance visual storytelling.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into motion projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in AI-based image and video, with expertise in AI-centric projects.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or a similar role.
- Showcase a diverse range of projects highlighting proficiency in motion that also include AI-based projects with a breakdown.
- Professional retouching skill is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Team player & time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, visually appealing content.
