We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst with strong experience in the Insurance (P&C) domain, combined with Product skills and a growing passion for GenAI (Intermediate to Mid-level).

What You’ll Do:

✅ Support Agile product development teams in delivering innovative AI solutions

✅ Lead and support sprint planning, PI planning, backlog management, and feature prioritization

✅ Drive the product vision by balancing customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility

✅ Apply LEAN and Design Thinking to understand user personas, pain points, and journeys

✅ Define OKRs, baseline product performance, and champion the MVP mindset

✅ Communicate effectively across teams and influence senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

💼 Strong Agile / Scrum experience

💡 Solid understanding of the Insurance (P&C) domain
