Taskify is hiring for one of the global players in the Artificial Intelligence and Engineering Research industry. We’re seeking skilled Industrial Engineers to support cutting-edge AI initiatives aimed at improving infrastructure, processes, and research systems for next-generation machine learning applications.

This role is ideal for professionals who want to apply real-world industrial engineering knowledge to innovative AI development — all while working independently and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver structured content based on industrial engineering principles and best practices.
• Review and refine deliverables developed by peers to enhance the quality and depth of AI research.
• Apply analytical reasoning to evaluate and validate domain-specific outputs.
• Collaborate asynchronously to ensure consistency and accuracy in AI training data and methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of process optimization, production systems, and industrial operations.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and analytical reasoning skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a fully remote and asynchronous work environment.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Fully remote, flexible working hours.
• Approximately 30 hours per week, with the possibility to scale up to 40 hours.
• Short-term engagement (3–4 weeks), with immediate start.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• Independent contractor role through Taskify.
• $70–$110/hour, paid weekly based on completed work.
• Full control over your schedule and work methods.
