About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organized Social Media Manager who can design eye-catchy content, plan campaigns, and manage day-to-day posting—mainly on Instagram.

If you love turning ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and backing them with meaningful reports, you might be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media posts, stories, and reel covers using Canva or similar tools.

• Plan monthly content calendars aligned to client goals, brand themes, and ongoing campaigns.

• Handle daily posting, scheduling, and basic community interactions (DMs, comments) on Instagram.

• Maintain asset libraries and organize content by brand, date, and campaign.

• Track performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports (reach, engagement, growth, leads).

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for approvals, feedback, and seamless execution.

• Stay updated with trends, audios, hashtags, and Instagram best practices.

Must-Have Skills

• Graphic Design: Eye for layout, color, font, and visual hierarchy.

• Canva Expertise: Confident in creating original, on-brand creatives—fast.

• Instagram Management: Posting, scheduling, insights, and community basics.

• Organizational Skills: Content planning, calendar management, and meeting deadlines.

• Reporting Skills: Ability to analyze performance and present actionable insights.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role (internship or job).
