About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Artist with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching and high-converting visuals for mobile marketing campaigns, including static images, motion graphics, and video ads
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, target audiences, and data insights
• Develop fresh, innovative ad concepts based on market trends, competitor analysis, and campaign performance.
• Optimize creatives through A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Adapt creatives for various ad formats and platforms like META, TikTok, and Google.
• Proficiently use Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Premiere Pro to create high-quality marketing assets.
• Develop and execute testing strategies for new ad creatives, leveraging insights to refine designs and maximize ROI.
• Create onboarding, paywall visuals, and store page screenshots to drive user engagement and conversion.
• Test and iterate on designs to improve engagement and conversion

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing design or mobile ad creative production.
• A strong portfolio showcasing static and motion design work in mobile marketing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
