Are you passionate about creating products that solve real problems and drive business growth? We’re looking for a Product Manager to define strategy, guide product development, and deliver high-impact solutions that delight our customers.

As a Product Manager, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to build, launch, and continuously improve products that align with company goals and market opportunities.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Prioritize features, improvements, and technical requirements based on business value
• Collaborate closely with design, development, and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Gather and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements
• Track product performance and KPIs to measure success and guide decisions
• Communicate progress, risks, and insights to leadership and stakeholders

• 2–5 years of experience in product management or related roles
• Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle — from concept to launch and iteration
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proficiency with product and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Notion, or similar)
• Fluent in English; German, French, or Italian is a plus
• Based in Switzerland with the legal right to work full-time
