About the role
💼 Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll drive user growth and brand visibility through strategic campaigns, analytics, and content initiatives.
You’ll work directly with the founding team to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, on-page/off-page optimization, and keyword research tools.
Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and UTM tracking.
Familiarity with content strategy, copywriting, and A/B testing.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills — ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategy.
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
Knowledge of growth funnels, CAC, and ROAS metrics.
Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or similar tools for basic ad design/editing.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing (preferably SaaS or EdTech).
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing (a plus).
Experience working with AI tools for marketing automation (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.).
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
