🚀 Technology Ownership Traineeship
📍Remote | 💼 Traineeship | Not a Paid Job| Work Any Time you want between Saturdays 18:00 - next Saurday 13:30 GMT+0 time zone| Only be available Saturdays 14:00 - 18:00 for team sync

We’re Hiring: Technology Ownership Trainees (0-1 Year full-stack Agile Development experience)

We’re looking for agile-minded trainees (with up to 1 year of experience including self-taught) who want to develop real full-stack and cross-functional skills across development, quality, and operations, FrontEnd, BackEnd, and agile practices —all while learning how to thrive in an agile team.
At Xcelsz, you learn by doing, not watching. You'll contribute from Day 1, using our tech stack to solve real business problems,
Responsibilities
Your Learning & Work Will Cover Agile Development, Agile Software Design, Agile Solution Architect, DevOps, XAWoW:
🧠 Development
- Discover, design, plan, code, test, deploy
- Use agile practices to continuously improve
- Technologies: TypeScript, Vite, Node.js, Express.js, MySQL, Tailwind CSS, Material MUI, No code Tools etc.
- Component-driven and test-driven development
🔍 Quality
- Test for function, speed, usability, API, compatibility, and more
- Manual and automated testing using key checklists
- Unit Testing, E2E testing and integration testing
⚙️ Operations
- Manage security, servers, websites, databases, and GitHub
- Follow good digital governance practices
📈 Extras That Matter
- Visualize work using UML diagrams
- Peer-review each other’s code
- Work as part of an agile team
- Apply all XAWoW Practices
At the end of the traineeship you are expert in Agile Development, Design, Architect, DevOps and Agility (personal, team, leadership and business agility).
Qualifications
You Should Apply If You Are:
✅ Up to 1 year into your tech career
✅ Willing to be full-stack and cross-functional doing front and back end and development, quality testing and operations (DevOps)
✅ Hungry to learn and ready to take action
✅ Great at communicating and collaborating
✅ Able to work When ever suitable for you, but available Saturdays 14:00 - 18:00 GMT+0 for Team Sync.
✅ Equipped with reliable internet
✅ Comfortable with our traineeship allowance pay (in GHS) payable upon daily value delivery
✅ Passionate about technology beyond just “coding”
✅ Happy to work in a team and follow Xcelsz Ways of Working (XAWoW)
✅ Looking for a place to gain actual work experience
