Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients from different backgrounds
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve services based on customer interactions
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer skills
