Salary: 1,000,000 - 1,200,000/month — Top tier for this role

Hours: 6-8 hours/day, flexible schedule

Type: Full-time contract with growth to senior position

We're not hiring a traditional developer. We're hiring someone who lives in the future.

If you spend your evenings testing new LLM models, your weekends building AI agents, and your Twitter feed is full of @AnthropicAI, @OpenAI, and AI automation threads, this role is for you.

We're building the next generation of digital business systems. Our clients don't need more code. They need intelligent automation, AI-powered workflows, and someone who can see opportunities where others see limitations.

You'll be employee #1 of our AI operations team. If you prove yourself in 90 days, you'll help us build a team of 3-5 people just like you.

Week 1 Example:

• I tell you: "I have access to Entrepedia's white-label product catalog (login-gated website). I want to analyze their entire library, identify what we can rebrand for our clients, and create an AI workflow to transform their content into our brand voice."
• You spend 2-3 hours researching
• You deliver a 2-page brief: "Here's how we scrape it (tools X, Y), here's what's worth taking (15 products), here's the AI transformation workflow (e.g. n8n + Claude API), timeline is 2 weeks."
• I approve
• You build it or delegate to the team with Ivanna (our Chief of Staff) managing the project

Week 4 Example:

• You watch Ed Lawrence's 8-hour AI implementation marathon
• You distill it into a 2-page "what we should use and repurpose" document
• You identify 3 automation opportunities for our business
• You pitch them to me with effort estimates
• We pick one, you execute

Week 8 Example:

• You audit our entire tech stack (High-Level, Notion, email systems)
• You identify 10 places we're doing manual work that could be automated
• You build the automations yourself or teach the team how
• You save us 15 hours/week collectively

❌ This is NOT for you if:

• You need detailed instructions for every task
• You think "I don't know how" is an acceptable answer (instead of "Let me research and get back to you in 2 hours")
• You're a traditional coder who wants to write Python all day
• You wait for someone to tell you what to do
• You've only used ChatGPT casually

✅ This IS for you if:

• You've built something with Claude API, GPT-4, Manus AI, or other LLMs in the last 6 months
• You know what n8n, Make, or Zapier can do and you've built workflows
• You understand AI agents (LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar frameworks)
• You read AI newsletters religiously (Ben's Bites, The Rundown, etc.)
• You can explain technical concepts to non-technical people
• You think "how can I automate this?" every time you see repetitive work
• You're obsessed with what's possible, not what's traditional

Must Have:

• 1-2 years actively working with AI/LLMs (not just using ChatGPT)
• Built at least 2 projects using AI tools (APIs, agents, automation workflows)
• Strong English (written and spoken) — you'll be presenting ideas to leadership
• Self-taught learner — you don't need a course to learn a new tool
• Systems thinking — you see how pieces connect, not just individual tasks
• Portfolio or GitHub showing what you've built

Highly Valued:

• Experience with: Claude/GPT APIs, n8n, Make, Zapier, web scraping (Playwright/Puppeteer)
• Understanding of: RAG systems, vector databases, prompt engineering
• Familiarity with: Cursor, Windsurf, Bolt.new, or similar AI dev tools
• Previous work in: marketing automation, content systems, or workflow optimization
• Active in AI communities (Twitter, Discord, Reddit)

Nice to Have:

• Traditional coding background (Python, JavaScript) — but NOT required
• Experience with Go-High-Level, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms
• Video editing/content creation knowledge/experience
• Understanding of SEO, social media, or digital marketing, online business

💰 1,000,000 - 1,200,000/month (negotiable based on demonstrated skill)
