Design Virtuoso (Mid-Level Visual Designer)

(A mix of Van Gogh’s vision and Doctor Strange’s precision)

You’re not just a designer.

You craft experiences. You turn briefs into scroll-stopping campaigns, moodboards into frameworks, and ideas into assets that convert.

At Porcellia, we work with luxury, high-AOV D2C brands and lifestyle disruptors. We’re looking for a Mid-Level Visual Designer who can handle end-to-end creative execution, collaborate across teams, and elevate campaigns with both taste and structure.

If Van Gogh could sketch emotions and Dr. Strange could build Figma portals — that’s you.

• Create Meta & Google Ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and brand kits that drive impact.
• Develop visual systems and frameworks that scale brands effectively.
• Collaborate with copywriters, performance marketers, and founders to bring ideas to life.
• Infuse storytelling into every visual touchpoint — from thumbnails to pitch decks.
• Use layout, motion, color, and hierarchy to transport audiences into the brand’s world.
• Keep your designs clean enough for UI teams, and bold enough for campaigns to stand out.
  

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in D2C design (ads, emails, landing pages, branding).
• Strong mastery of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Taste, speed, structure, and the ability to make your work better with feedback.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: familiarity with UI/UX principles and AI tools for ideation.

• You’ve only designed “pretty posts” for social media.
• You don’t care how design impacts ROAS, CTR, or retention.
• You can’t operate at both creative and execution level.

📍 100% Remote (HQ in Goa, but you can be anywhere with Wi-Fi and vibes)

🕹 Full-Time Role with ownership, collaboration, and fast feedback loops

• Mid-Level (2–5 years exp): 6–9 LPA
