(Multi-Faceted Role: Technical Architect + Strategic Planner + Crypto-Economist)

Introduction:

We are seeking a visionary Blockchain Research & Development Lead to join us, the

innovation arm of UGG International.

In this high-impact role, you will architect next-generation blockchain solutions, design scalable

decentralized systems, and lead strategic projects like Megan Stablecoin and omnichain

interoperability networks.

This is a fully remote position for top-tier technical thinkers who can bridge deep blockchain

expertise with executable business strategy.

You’ll work alongside elite engineers and economists to build systems that redefine global

finance—from high-TPS DEX blueprints to yield-generating stablecoins. If you thrive on solving

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

●

Design blueprints for scalable DEXs with derivatives (futures/perps) and top-quartile

TPS.

●

Architect interoperable omnichain networks with liquidity solutions and novel

consensus models.

●

Lead the Megan Stablecoin project (utility, profitability, on-chain yield strategies).

●

Deliver 24+ page technical reports with diagrams, charts, and actionable schematics.

●

Execute projects hands-on as a lead developer or research guide for engineering

teams.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

✔️ 5+ years in blockchain protocol development or DeFi architecture (GitHub/proof required)

.✔️ Mastery of DEX design, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic securit

y.✔️ Proven ability to translate research into production-grade code (show past deployment

s).✔️ Experience with high-frequency trading systems or derivatives markets (CeFi/De
