A fast-growing IT services and digital marketing technology firm operating in the technology & digital marketing sector. We build brand-first social campaigns and performance-driven content that drive awareness and lead generation across paid and organic channels. This fully remote internship (India) is ideal for proactive students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience running end-to-end social media programs.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support creation and execution of a monthly social content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and emerging platforms.
• Design on-brand static and short-form video creatives using Canva and basic editing tools; prepare assets for platform-specific formats.
• Manage community engagement: respond to comments/messages, escalate leads, and capture audience insights for content optimization.
• Assist with paid social campaigns: audience research, ad setup support in Meta Business Suite, and tracking key metrics.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics and native platform analytics; prepare concise weekly performance summaries with action recommendations.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to iterate on creatives, A/B tests, and trending formats to boost engagement and reach.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Familiarity with Instagram content formats and best practices
• Experience using Meta Business Suite for post scheduling and ad management
• Understanding of Facebook Ads fundamentals (audiences, creative variants, simple optimizations)
• Hands-on with Canva for social creative production
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or platform analytics for campaign measurement
• Experience in community management and social listening

• Exposure to TikTok content creation or TikTok Ads
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar)
• Familiarity with SEO principles for social content discovery
