Chief Product Officer in LITHUANIA

Spike Technologies is seeking an accomplished Chief Product Officer (CPO) to spearhead the strategic development and implementation of our cutting-edge Data Engineering and Generative AI technology. As CPO, you will lead the charge in defining and executing the vision for our core API products, leveraging billions of proprietary data points derived from wearables, IoT devices, and other sensors. Your leadership will be pivotal in building a microservices infrastructure that delivers structured data feeds and GenAI insights to our clients in near real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the strategic direction for Data Engineering and Generative AI product suite, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching vision and goals.
• Roadmap Development: Develop and sustain a comprehensive product roadmap informed by market research, customer feedback, and technological advancements.
• Product Excellence: Lead the development and execution of our product suite, upholding the highest standards of quality, scalability, and security.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and growth teams to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Integration Oversight: Manage the seamless integration of our products with existing systems and platforms utilized by healthcare providers, insurers, and other key stakeholders.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products adhere to relevant regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA guidelines, proactively addressing any compliance issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Over 10 years in software development with a focus on API and Generative AI technology product development and implementation.
• Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with messaging/queuing systems, relational databases, and advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming languages.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex API and Generative AI projects, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• API and AI Expertise: Deep understanding of API design principles, RESTful architecture, API security best practices, and Generative AI technologies.
• Product Management: Strong skills in defining product vision, developing product roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on customer needs and market trends.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience in systems design and MLOps.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and managing APIs in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and interoperability protocols (HL7, FHIR) is highly desirable.
