Engineers will work closely with their team members to deliver projects, fix issues, and learn the intricacies of the systems they work on. Less experienced engineers are paired up with a more experienced team member who provide mentorship, training, and technical feedback.
We have openings on several of our teams including Identity and Access Management, Data Sync, Weather, Flight Planning, Document Management, and Mapping.
A pilot-coder, or individual looking to pursue his or her private pilot license, is a plus. Benefits include medical insurance, 401K with matching, and flight training reimbursement. Remote options are available in addition to relocation to any of our 3 offices.
Skills And Requirements
- 3+ years of software development in Java, Python, C#
- Experience with Spring or Spring Boot is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL and experience with RDBMS (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience with AWS (ECS, EKS, DynamoDB, Aurora, SQS, etc) is a strong plus
- Curious and eager to learn new technologies, teachable
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
