We’re looking for a multi-talented engineer who loves DevSecOps, SRE excellence, developer enablement, and great documentation — all with a product mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Secure & Scale the Platform: Design, secure, and operate our core CI/CD, orchestration pipelines, and Kubernetes-based platform with SRE best practices.

• Enable Developers at Scale: Create reusable blueprints, IaC templates, policy packs, and automation solutions that users can adopt out-of-the-box.

• Own Documentation Quality: Lead improvements to docs.stackguardian.io — craft guides, examples, reference docs, and workflows that simplify complex cloud setups.

• Advocate for Our Users: Work directly with customers and the community to understand challenges and translate them into product improvements and enablement content.

• Champion DevSecOps Culture: Implement shift-left security, automate validation, and embed observability/resilience across deployments and development workflows.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in DevSecOps / SRE / Platform Engineering

• Tech Skills: Terraform or IaC tools, Docker/K8s, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP security practices

• Security Mindset: Knowledge of SAST/DAST/SCA, secrets mgmt, cloud-native security

• Developer-First Communication: Ability to write great docs, tutorials, demos, and sample code (Go or Python familiarity is a plus)

• Collaboration: Strong mentoring, communication, and cross-team influence

• Understanding of AI-driven documentation tooling or LLM-based developer assistants.

• Customer-facing solution engineering or developer advocacy background
