We’re looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our core development team.

In this role, you’ll design, train, and deploy models that bring intelligence and automation to mission-critical onboarding workflows. You’ll work closely with our software engineers and product leads to integrate pattern recognition, NLP, and neural network models directly into our production platform.

Your work will power AI-driven forms, contextual document mapping, and real-time decision engines that shape how institutions onboard clients in highly regulated environments.

• Develop and optimize AI models for text, document, and pattern recognition.
• Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) to extract and classify data from unstructured documents.
• Collaborate with software teams to integrate models into production workflows.
• Continuously evaluate new AI frameworks and fine-tune existing models for scalability and accuracy.
• Contribute to architecture decisions around model deployment and monitoring.
• Stay current with advancements in LLMs, multi-agent systems, and applied AI for enterprise automation.
  

• Strong background in machine learning, neural networks, and pattern recognition.
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) — e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face, or custom model training.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Solid foundation in software engineering and cloud-based deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Experience in capital markets, insurance, or real estate systems is an asset.
