Ads Manager

Location: Raipur

CTC: Up to ₹4.8 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to drive measurable results for our clients across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate is numbers-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled at turning business objectives into high-performing campaigns. You will own end-to-end campaign management, from ideation to execution, while ensuring tracking accuracy, creative testing, and clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Agency experience is a must.
• Proficiency in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of business models and ROI-based thinking.
• Experience managing both B2B and B2C clients.
• Analytical mindset with data-first decision making.
• Ability to work independently and manage 5+ accounts simultaneously
