What you will be doing in the role of a Content Marketing Project Manager (Contract)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Marketing Project Manager to support projects across brand marketing, corporate partner marketing, and event marketing. This role will ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time, on brand, and in alignment with organizational goals.
What You Will Bring To The Table
- Manage day-to-day marketing project timelines, deliverables, and team coordination
- Partner with cross-functional teams to move campaigns and creative assets from concept to completion
- Track progress and maintain documentation in Asana, SharePoint, and JIRA
- Facilitate communication between marketing, creative, partnerships, and event teams
- Monitor deadlines, flag risks, and help prioritize workload to keep marketing plans on track
- Support reporting and recaps for campaigns and events
- BS/BA degree with a major in Marketing and 2+ years of project management experience in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Strong knowledge of Asana, SharePoint, and JIRA
- Familiarity with digital marketing, email, direct mail, and website projects
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Collaborative, reliable, and solutions-oriented with a positive attitude
- Additional education considered with equivalent of 2+ years direct experience

Competitive range of $25.13 - $33.33/hour, exact compensation ranges are based on a range of factors including but not limited to the labor market, job level, internal equity, and budget. Offersgiven will takeinto consideration the candidate's skills, education, experience, geographic location, and other necessary credentials.
