Day-to-day Work
- Work closely with our executive and frontend teams to build a responsive, performant, and scalable web platform
- Write robust and reusable Python code
- Support fellow engineers through feedback and code reviews
- Implement and conduct quality assurance processes
- Work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and collaborative environment, where your creativity and innovation are valued
Machine Learning:
- Strong foundation in Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning concepts
- Expertise in ML frameworks and libraries, e.g., PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Numpy, SciPy, and HuggingFace
- Experience shipping LLM integrations to user products with high quality
- Stay up to date with developments in AI/ML Back-end Development:
- Demonstrated experience in Python and Django
- Hands-on experience with building RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of the importance of code structure, readability, reusability, and typing Tools:
- Strong grasp of version-control tools, such as, Git
- Previous experience working with and designing SQL Databases using ORM framework (Postgres)
- Practical experience using AWS and/or other cloud services DevOps and Tools: Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and building end-to-end tests
