Your Mission

• Build and optimize data pipelines and streaming frameworks that handle large-scale, low-latency data.
• Transform research prototypes into production-grade systems that are fast, reliable, and cost-efficient.
• Partner with researchers, engineers, and data scientists to bring new ideas and models to life.
• Establish best practices in data architecture, orchestration, and observability.
• Lead by example - mentor junior engineers and champion a culture of quality, automation, and scalability.
• Collaborate globally to advance data platform strategy and accelerate innovation across teams.

Your Profile

• 5+ years in data engineering, building scalable ETL/ELT or streaming pipelines.
• Expertise in Python, Apache Spark, and Databricks.
• Experience with Delta Lake, Kafka, and distributed compute systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cost-efficient architectures.
• Solid background in SQL, PostgreSQL, and modern orchestration frameworks.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership teams.
• Passion for elegant design, automation, and solving tough engineering challenges.
