- Role description: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to address business challenges.
- Blend understanding of business domain with product, service, or technology knowledge.
- Contribute to ideation and problem statement creation to define business objectives.
- Develop epics and user stories based on customer or colleague needs.
- Create Operational Design focused on customer outcomes.
- Participate in design process, ensuring issue resolution and value addition.
- Quantify technology impact, communicate changes, and readiness activities.
- Represent unified voice for business needs, balancing value, risk, and compliance.
