We are a global digital brand focused on growth, optimization, and operational excellence. Our international team provides full-scale support — from AI-driven talent development to systemized backend solutions — helping digital creators and partner agencies grow sustainably and efficiently.
We value professionalism, adaptability, and performance. Every team member plays a key role in maintaining the highest operational and creative standards.
We’re seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-driven HR Manager reporting to the CFO to lead human resources operations globally (we have teams in Americas, Asia and the Middle East). You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and talent development for a fast-growing, remote-first team. Your mission is to ensure our global workforce remains engaged, high-performing, and aligned with our company’s culture of excellence.
- Lead and manage the full HR lifecycle for employees — including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for roles such as Social Media Managers, Chat Operators, Designers, and Project Coordinators.
- Conduct interviews and manage hiring pipelines, ensuring top-tier candidates align with our operational and cultural standards.
- Ensure regional compliance with local labor laws, contracts, and payroll practices across multiple LATAM countries.
- Implement and optimize HR processes using tools such as Slack, Notion, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.
- Partner with global leadership to design HR initiatives that support professional growth, employee engagement, and team performance.
- Oversee onboarding and training programs, ensuring new hires adapt quickly and perform effectively.
- Track HR metrics and provide regular reports on hiring, retention, and workforce performance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, talent acquisition, or people operations (remote or international setting preferred).
- Strong understanding of LATAM labor laws and employment practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Monday.com, Google Workspace).
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
- Bonus: Experience in digital marketing, brand management, or the creator economy.
- 100% remote position — work from anywhere in Latin America.
- Collaborate with a global, fast-scaling, performance-driven team.
- Opportunity to build and lead HR systems across a growing international organization.
- Clear career advancement path toward regional or global HR leadership roles.
- Contribute directly to building high-performance teams that power leading digital brands.
