You’ll play a hands-on leadership role building and optimizing production infrastructure that powers real-time data pipelines and large-scale ML workloads.

You will:

• Architect and maintain core infrastructure for scheduling, orchestration, and compute optimization.
• Design systems for high reliability, scalability, and observability.
• Build tools to manage cloud and on-premise resources efficiently.
• Develop and implement monitoring, alerting, and fault-tolerance strategies across environments.
• Partner with engineers across teams to continuously optimize performance, cost, and developer productivity.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years’ experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE-style engineering at scale.
• Strong programming skills (Python, Go, or Rust).
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and distributed compute frameworks.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven ability to design and operate mission-critical infrastructure for large data or ML systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

• Background in compiler-style or query optimization.
• Experience with real-time scheduling or streaming systems.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code and cost-optimization strategies.
