Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and digital marketing strategies to boost online visibility and lead generation.
• Create, manage, and optimize content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Plan and implement digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels to drive qualified inquiries.
• Design marketing materials and edit promotional videos for campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and strategic partners to expand audience reach and engagement.
• Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with the sales department to align marketing initiatives with conversion goals.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, trends, and strategies to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
• Manage and mentor junior marketing staff to ensure consistent execution of the marketing plan.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, digital lead generation, and performance marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in influencer collaborations and affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven marketing and ROI optimization.
