UI/UX Designer

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, elegant, and user-centered experiences across our digital products. Fully remote position with flexible hours.

Job type: Task-based (neither full-time nor part-time, with fixed monthly salary)

Responsibilities:

• Design clean, functional, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to refine user flows and improve usability.
• Conduct research and translate insights into effective design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and comprehensive style guides.
• Participate in feedback and iteration cycles to enhance design quality.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, problem-solving, and design craft.
• Proficiency with Figma, or similar design tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to complete a short design assessment as part of the hiring process.

Salary: $300-$500, plus bonuses for outstanding performance.

Duration: 3-month contract, potential for extension
