Responsible for managing and maintaining the central Information System (IS) that supports a variety of organizational functions, including payroll, recruitment, employee records, benefits administration, and training.

Key Responsibilities
- System Management & Data Integrity: Manage the IS platform, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with all laws and company policies.
- Technical Support & Resolution: Analyze system performance, resolve software tech issues for users, and maintain proper access controls for all electronic records.
- Process Improvement & Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to gather system requirements, improve related processes, and generate necessary reports and analytics.
- User Training & System Compliance: Train and support all system users and stay current on technology advancements to suggest system improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of software or network administration experience.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with IS software and databases.
- Experience with HR Dayforce is strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of relevant employment regulations, laws, and best practices.
- Strong verbal/written communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple detailed projects.
- Understanding of core workforce processes, performance tracking, and benefits administration.
