What You’ll Do

• 40 % Software Development – craft integrations and new features in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 60 % AI Management – deploy, monitor, and fine-tune our conversational agents for the nation’s largest HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies.
• Troubleshoot production issues, own root-cause analysis, and ship fixes fast.
• Partner with client stakeholders and Product team to roll out enhancements that raise conversion KPIs.
