QA/QC Technical eCommerce Manager

Location: Remote, US / Miami, FL

We’re looking for a QA/QC Technical E-Commerce Manager to own digital quality across Dose’s online ecosystem — from our Shopify Plus storefront to marketing surfaces and backend integrations. You’ll build the QA program that safeguards conversion, data integrity, accessibility, and performance, partnering closely with Engineering, Growth, Lifecycle, Design, and CX to help Dose ship fast without breaking checkout, analytics, or the customer experience.

• Define and run the digital QA lifecycle from requirements to production verification.
• Build and maintain automated tests (Playwright / Cypress) across critical paths and browsers; integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure data integrity across analytics and tagging (GA4, server-side tagging, pixels, consent frameworks).
• Pre-flight new products, promotions, and campaigns to ensure pricing, tax, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals and enforce WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.
• Validate checkout, subscription, and payment flows across Shopify Plus and connected platforms.
• Implement real-time monitoring and incident management to ensure release reliability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain site performance, compliance, and flawless customer experience.
  

• 5–8 years in e-commerce QA or QA leadership, including automation for high-traffic storefronts.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus (or similar), checkout/payment stacks, and subscription platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4, server-side tagging, data layers, and privacy frameworks.
• Proficiency with Playwright / Cypress, CI/CD pipelines, and issue tracking (Jira, Linear).
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, WCAG 2.2 AA, technical SEO, and site performance tuning.
• Clear, concise communicator able to translate technical issues into business impact.
• Bonus: SQL basics, API testing, schema validation, and retail media network experience.

We work flexibly — but connection matters. This is a remote role, with 1-2x quarterly travel to Miami for team sessions, offsites, or company events.

• Base Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 (depending on experience, location, and skills)
