Data Engineer

Mid-level Data Engineer role with a top professional services firm here in Chicago. The position is 100% remote for candidates based in the Central or Eastern time zones.

The role would have you designing, building and maintaining scalable data solutions that power analytics, AI, and business intelligence across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience developing and supporting data lakes and modern data architectures, with strong proficiency in Python and Power BI for advanced data processing and visualization. Familiarity with Snowflake and ETL tools (such as FiveTran) is preferred, along with a solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and pipeline optimization. This role requires collaboration across data science, analytics, and product teams to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and actionable.
