Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 8+ Months Contract
Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer uses a combination of creativity and graphic design skills to solve marketing and advertising challenges. From the concepting stage, the individual provides clear solutions across a variety of media and ensures the company’s brand and culture are effectively conveyed to internal and external audiences through design and implementation across print and digital platforms. The Graphic Designer creates and manipulates graphic images, is familiar with standard industry concepts and best practices, and can prepare files for pre-production. The designer remains abreast of current trends and demonstrates mastery of applications in the Adobe Creative Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and clarify the brand experience while contributing to the evolution of the brand image.
- Translate business objectives and synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, compelling, and easy-to-understand visual solutions.
- Design assets for print, digital, information graphics, environments, web, interactive, and editorial design.
- Plan and execute communication and engagement strategies for 13+ stakeholder types.
- Deliver high-quality design through a hands-on role from concept through production.
- Foster strategic partnerships between business units to ensure cohesive messaging and visual consistency across the enterprise.
- Serve as a self-motivated, fully-integrated team member in planning and executing the company’s overall communication strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong creative and conceptual skills with attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of design principles, pre-production requirements, and industry best practices.
- Ability to translate complex information into visually compelling designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of graphic design trends and techniques.
