Basic Requirements:

1. Based in Seattle.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university, with at least 1 year of product management experience (B2B products preferred).
3. Smart, pragmatic, open-minded, and strong in communication and summarization.
4. Current H1B sponsorship requires internal queueing; lottery opportunity opens for next year.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Research the needs of local restaurant merchants in North America and other overseas markets, and analyze competing products and their features.
2. Collaborate closely with North America sales, implementation, and customer service teams, as well as product and R&D teams in Beijing.
3. Drive true localization of the restaurant SaaS software for the North American market.

Qualifications

• Product Management, Product Development, and Product Lifecycle Management skills
• Market Research, User Requirement Gathering, and Feature Prioritization experience
• Collaboration and Communication skills, including working with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and hospitality market dynamics
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with POS systems and mobile applications is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area
• Proficiency in Dual Language, English & Chinese Mandarin is REQUIRED
