We’re expanding our core AI team in Dubai to push the boundaries of what AI can achieve in real-world marketing automation.

The Role: AI/ML Engineer

We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer who will lead the development of our intelligent content engine and predictive algorithms. You’ll work at the intersection of data science, NLP, and growth marketing, developing models that drive customer acquisition, segmentation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to enhance predictive lead scoring, campaign success probability, and conversion rate optimization.
• Build NLP systems that generate and personalize marketing content (emails, ad copies, chat replies) using LLMs and fine-tuned generative models (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Design recommendation systems that suggest best-performing creatives, channels, and audience segments.
• Work with marketing data pipelines (ads, CRM, analytics) to clean, aggregate, and transform high-volume datasets for model training.
• Collaborate with developers and marketing specialists to deploy ML-powered features within our automation platform.
• Continuously experiment and iterate on model performance using A/B testing and reinforcement learning.
• Ensure scalability and performance across data pipelines and model serving environments (Docker, AWS, GCP).
• Stay updated with cutting-edge research in AI for marketing, computer vision, and multimodal LLMs.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI/ML Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience building machine learning or NLP models in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with MLOps (AWS Sagemaker, Vertex AI, MLflow, or similar).
• Proficiency in data processing and pipeline design (Pandas, SQL, Airflow).
• Strong understanding of statistics, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for applying AI in real-world marketing and business automation contexts.

Bonus points for:

• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, etc.).
• Prior work in MarTech, AdTech, or CRM automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Arabic or multilingual NLP models (nice to have).
