About the role

You'll join our product team as a Staff Product Designer. We're looking for a generalist who can operate with high ambiguity. You'll establish the right design foundation for the company, be involved in all aspects of the product, and help bring the vision to life.

Your background

• 8+ years of product design experience building modern, delightful, B2B software.
• Demonstrated personal and professional maturity.
• Highly collaborative working style with cross-functional teams.
• Experience taking software from ideation to production.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Startup experience or a desire to build your own company one day.
  

Work experience

• 8+ years of experience in product design,​ building modern B2B software.​
• Worked on complex B2B products (e.​g.​,​ workflow management,​ CRM,​ marketing automation,​ product analytics).​
• Strong visual design and composition sensibility.​
• Comfortable with CSS,​ HTML,​ and basic JavaScript (dev tools).​
• Startup experience
• Experience with full product ownership,​ including customer research and testing.​
• Has worked at companies with well-​regarded design (e.​g.​,​ Stripe,​ Dropbox,​ Asana,​ Linear).​
  

Salary
$200K - $250K
Equity
0.3-0.6 depending on experience
Remote work policy

Clarify is a fully distributed, remote-first company with a small office in Seattle. While we have a slight preference for candidates in the US, we are open to hiring in Europe as well.
