Job Description

The Associate Analyst – Compensation supports the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that align with the Company’s strategic objectives and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. This position will partner with our external relocation vendor (Plus Relocation), domestic and international HR teams, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the Company’s domestic and international relocation program, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and in accordance with established policies.
  • Process requests received from HR Business Partners (HRBPs) for Compensation Analysis forms, providing timely and accurate support for compensation decisions.
  • Track and maintain a comprehensive list of approved new hire bonuses and retention awards. Ensure these are processed at the appropriate scheduled times to support employee retention and onboarding initiatives.
  • Run standard periodic reports and disseminate them to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), payroll department, and other departments as required.
  • Process invoices from various vendors, review them for accuracy, and resolve any discrepancies as necessary to maintain proper financial controls. Respond to inquiries for past due payments.
  • Maintain HR membership in the Compensation Teams channel, ensuring active participation and information sharing within the HR community.
  • Track incoming emails in the Compensation team mailbox and compensation related service ticket requests and assign tasks to team members, facilitating efficient workflow and prompt responses.
  • Compile data for annual Key Employee determination.
  • Assist with year-end processes such as system readiness testing.
  • Work on projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of administrative experience
  • Intermediate Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; College Degree preferred
  • Human Resources administrative experience preferred
  • Experience working in a Global corporate environment preferred

Compensation Details: $25.51 - $38.27 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.  Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of the total compensation package.
