Key Responsibilities

• Account Growth: Manage and grow Instagram accounts for personal brands and creators.
• Trendspotting: Research, identify, and implement viral trends in online markets.
• Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule engaging short-form content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creators on branding, messaging, and content direction.
• Performance Analysis: Track analytics, report growth, and optimize content strategies for continued success.

Required Competencies

• Language: Native-level English (spoken & written) – must-have.
• Experience: Proven track record managing Instagram pages for personal brands or creators.
• Content Knowledge: Strong understanding of short-form content and viral social media trends.
• Creativity: A sharp eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and engaging content.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating directly with creators.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with TikTok or other short-form video platforms.
• Background in influencer marketing or creator management.
• Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva).
