IFS Business Analyst – Supply Chain (80% Functional / 20% Technical)
Full-Time | Hybrid | Direct Hire
An exciting opportunity for an IFS Supply Chain Business Analyst to join a growing manufacturing organization in the middle of a full IFS Cloud implementation. This role will be part of the core implementation team from day one, helping shape and optimize IFS Supply Chain processes across procurement, planning, production, inventory, and logistics.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary IFS Supply Chain expert, bridging business needs with ERP functionality.
- Own and manage all EDI processes (customer, supplier, and logistics), including mapping, troubleshooting, and data integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve workflows and ensure data consistency.
- Support testing, upgrades, reporting, and enhancements across Supply Chain modules.
- Train and support end users, ensuring seamless adoption and process alignment.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of IFS ERP experience, with strong functional expertise in Supply Chain.
- Hands-on EDI experience (OpenText or similar middleware).
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Technical proficiency with data integrations (XML, flat file, CSV), and familiarity with SQL or Power BI a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across IT and business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field required.
- IFS Cloud implementation experience highly preferred.
