Role Overview

As an AI Intern at Raptor AI, you will work on building production-grade AI agents and systems that power our end-to-end global recruitment automation infrastructure.

This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful real-world AI applications while learning from engineers operating across multiple countries and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI agents for real-world production environments.
• Analyze and model data to build inference-ready backend servers.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and technical managers to turn requirements into working features.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, experimentation, and iterative improvements.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated, curious, and passionate about solving complex problems.
• Strong foundation in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Ability to reason from first principles.
• Comfortable with the Kaizen approach—continuous, incremental improvement of systems.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to understand client use cases.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fast learner with a bias toward action and iteration.
• Proficiency in Python, Git, and familiarity with Agno Agents or similar frameworks.
• Coursework or practical experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Agentic Systems is a plus.

Interview Process

After an initial pre-screening, shortlisted candidates will be given a 24-hour challenge to build a small, production-ready AI prototype based on a designated task.
