What You Will Be Doing

• Elevate the capabilities of our Guides by training them to deliver Alpha's workshops with unparalleled excellence.
• Craft detailed Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for engaging facilitation and overcoming challenges.
• Offer consistent, actionable feedback to Guides, boosting student engagement and achievement.
• Mentor a select group of students directly, showcasing top-tier coaching and motivational tactics.

• Drafting lesson plans—your role focuses on empowering Guides as motivators, with students learning through adaptive apps.
• Compromising on standards—upholding a passing grade of 100% is key.

Senior Learning Experience Manager Key Responsibilities

Ensure that every learner in your cohort not only loves school but also learns at twice the speed and masters essential life skills without compromising on quality.

Basic Requirements

• Reside in or be willing to relocate to one of Alpha's campus locations in Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay, Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Bring at least 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
• Proven track record in developing and launching innovative educational programs or training initiatives.
• Exhibit strong leadership and mentorship capabilities to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
• Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental roles.
• Skilled in data analysis and utilizing metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
