Senior Manager, Maritime Cyber Safety Operations

Location: Hybrid – Miami, FL

Compensation: $145K–$165K base + $15K–$20K bonus

Your Impact:

Lead global OT cybersecurity operations for a maritime organization, ensuring critical systems are secure and compliant. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on fleet safety and international standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate OT security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection.
• Manage global service delivery aligned with NIST standards.
• Build and lead a team of OT security analysts.
• Act as escalation point for critical OT cybersecurity incidents.
• Ensure compliance with maritime cybersecurity regulations.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years leading IT/Cybersecurity Operations.
• Preferred certs: CISSP, GSLC, GSOC, GCTI, CISM.
• OT operations experience (utilities/manufacturing ideal).
• SOC/NOC background desirable; principal-level expertise acceptable.
