Email Designer

We are seeking a talented and fast-moving Freelance Digital / Email Designer to support a high-volume Black Friday email campaign launch. In this short-term role, you’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to execute polished, on-brand email designs that drive engagement and conversion. You should have strong experience designing email campaigns, digital assets in Figma, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role is fully remote but requires availability during Eastern Time (EST) working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling, conversion-optimized emails for Black Friday and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and developers to ensure alignment on design and messaging
• Work efficiently in Figma to design within existing brand guidelines and templates
• Apply email best practices, including mobile optimization and visual hierarchy
• Turn around feedback and iterations quickly while maintaining high-quality output
• Manage multiple email versions and variations under tight deadlines

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of digital or email design experience
• Proficiency in Figma (required)
• Strong portfolio showcasing email or CRM campaign work
• Ability to work EST business hours
• Experience designing for e-commerce or high-traffic promotional campaigns preferred
• Understanding of responsive design and email UX best practices
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
