Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer with a strong back-end engineering focus to design, build, and optimize scalable AI-driven applications and data systems. You’ll work directly with data scientists, solution architects, and product teams to bring intelligent workflows, APIs, and user interfaces to life — from idea to deployment.

This is a technical, execution-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where innovation meets delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable web applications and APIs integrating data pipelines, analytics, and AI models.
• Build, maintain, and optimize back-end services using modern frameworks (Node.js, Python/FastAPI, Java/Spring Boot, or similar).
• Design and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL) with strong attention to performance, indexing, and security.
• Develop microservices and event-driven architectures using Docker and Kubernetes for deployment at scale.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to integrate UI components with robust and secure APIs.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, and code quality processes.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to operationalize ML pipelines, APIs, and dashboards.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical design reviews for new AI and data-driven projects.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack or back-end software development.
• Deep proficiency in one or more back-end languages: Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures.
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) databases.
• Proven experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, etc.).
• Exposure to data processing, ML model integration, or analytics platforms (e.g., Kafka, Spark, MLflow, LangChain, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, scalability, and security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a “build-it-right” mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in AI-first or data-driven product environments.

• Knowledge of MLOps or AI API integration pipelines.

• Experience in serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js (bonus).

• Prior experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small development squads.
